We are a husband-and-wife team offering high-quality espresso service for your event. Pricing is tiered by guest count and based on 2-3 hours of service with our full two-barista team. Final quotes are always customized.

HOW OUR PRICING WORKS:

Our Pricing scales with guest count and is designed to accommodate the typical consumption of drinks. We focus on delivering excellent quality, smooth service, and genuine hospitality rather than the lowest per-person rate.

OUR SERVICE MODEL & CAPACITY:

We personally serve every event as a dedicated two-barista team (my wife and I) using a Lelit Bianca V3 dual-boiler espresso machine.

Our workflow is optimized: one barista focuses on shots, milk steaming and guest handoff, while the other handles customizations, sauces, ice, and drink assembly. This allows us to deliver high-quality drinks with minimal wait times.

  • Typical capacity: 90-120 quality espresso-based drinks per hour.

  • Standard service time: 2 hours (included in guest counts less than 200), 3 hours (included of guest counts of more then 200)

  • Setup: Up to 1.5 hours early (per contract)

  • Cleanup: Up to 1 hour after service ends

Starting at $450 (Pricing increases with guest count over 50 up to 99)

100-149 Guests

Starting at $750 (Pricing increases with guest count up to 149)

  • Recommended service time: 2 hours

  • Great balance for most mid-sized events

150-199 Guests

Starting at $1025 (Pricing increases with guest count up to 199)

  • Recommended service time: 2 hours

  • Ideal for weddings and larger gatherings

200-249 Guests

Starting at $1300 (Pricing increases with guest count up to 249)

  • Recommended service time: 3 hours

  • Strong coverage with our two-barista team

250-299 Guests

Starting at $1525 (Pricing increases with guest count up to 299)

  • Recommended service time: 3 hours

  • Large-scale event coverage with efficient service flow

  • Designed to maintain speed and quality under demand

300-350 Guests

Starting at $1750 (Pricing increases with guest count up to 350)

  • Recommended service time: 3 hours—custom for longer

  • Custom quote encouraged for higher demand or longer service times.

  • Structured for speed, consistency, and guest experience at scale

  • Pricing increases within each tier as guest count rises. All tiers include our full two-barista service, setup, cleanup, and unlimited drinks during the service window.


Additional Hours & Add-ons

  • Additional full-team hour: $150 (billed at a half hour rate of $75)

  • Popular add-ons: Matcha drinks, Italian sodas, Cash bar, Custom Menu and more!

How many drinks can you serve per hour? With our two-barista team and optimized workflow on the Lelit Bianca V3, we typically serve 90-120 quality espresso drinks per hour.

Why do you use a tiered pricing instead of a base fee + per person? Our tiered model allows us to maintain high quality and personalized service as events grow, rather than rushing or limiting options. It better supports the full experience we provide.

Can you stay longer than the recommended time? Yes. Additional full-team hours are available at $150 per hour (billed in half hour increments at $75). For large or high-demand events, we recommend discussing options during your quote.
