What is your starting price?
Our packages start at $450, with final pricing depending on guest count, service duration, and selected package or add-ons. This allows us to ensure we’re fully prepared to serve every guest with the same high-quality experience.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is based on several factors; guest count, service time, and beverage options. We focus on delivering excellent quality, smooth service, and genuine hospitality rather than the lowest per-person rate.
What drinks are included in each package?
Our Coffee Package features a full espresso menu, including lattes, cappuccinos, macchiatos, mochas, and americanos. Drinks can be customized with milk alternatives and your choice of syrups.
Additional beverage options such as Matcha, Italian sodas, or Red Bull–based drinks are available through our Custom Coffee Cart Experience.
Can drinks or syrups be changed during service?
To keep service running smoothly, menus and syrups cannot be changed once service begins. All selections are confirmed in advance so we can prepare the correct quantities and ensure every guest receives the same high-quality drink options.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured and can provide a certificate of insurance upon request.
Can you serve late-night events?
Yes, we do provide late-night service. It is dependent on the day and the range of hours.
Do you provide unlimited service?
Yes! Drinks are unlimited for the duration of the event.
We base quantities on your confirmed guest count. Extremely heavy drinking or much higher attendance than confirmed may cause supplies to run low toward the end.
Accurate headcounts help us keep the event running smoothly!
Can guests pay for their own drinks?
A cash bar may be added to select events through our Custom Quote experience. Availability and offerings are determined during the booking process.
Do you offer milk alternatives or decaf?
Yes, we offer a selection of milk alternatives and decaf options.
We offer Oat milk, and Almond milk as our milk alternatives. Feel free to reach out to us and inquire about any alternatives for your event.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings, corporate events, and peak seasons. Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, and availability can be limited.
Do you service outdoor events, and what is your weather contingency?
Yes, we service outdoor events with a minimum 10x10 covered space (umbrella or tent) and access to power provided by the client. In the event of extreme weather (including rain, high winds, or excessive heat), service may be paused, relocated, or discontinued for safety reasons at our discretion. The client is responsible for ensuring proper coverage and safe operating conditions.
Do you travel and is there a fee?
We do travel. If the event is local or within a 25-mile radius, the travel is free. Further then 25 miles incurs a travel fee of 1.50 per mile.
Beyond 50 miles there is a flat fee.
