Our Beginning
Dove Coffee began with an invitation.
A couple we knew was searching for a coffee cart for their wedding, but quickly discovered that many options were beyond their budget. Knowing our love for coffee—and that we had once dreamed of opening a cart ourselves—they encouraged us to revisit the idea.
What began as a simple request became the start of our journey. Their trust and encouragement prompted us to step forward, take a leap of faith, and begin building what is now Dove Coffee.
Our Philosophy of Service
At Dove Coffee, service is rooted in care, preparation, and humility.
At the wedding in Cana, an unexpected shortage threatened to disrupt a moment of joy. Though the timing seemed uncertain, Jesus responded to His mother’s request with provision that restored celebration and peace.
Our story, while far more modest, carries a similar invitation. When a couple asked if we would consider starting a coffee cart for their wedding, it prompted us to revisit a calling we had once placed on hold—and that invitation marked the beginning of our journey.
Our work is guided by the truth of “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me” (Philippians 4:13, KJV). We strive to serve faithfully, attentively, and with quiet confidence, believing that excellence honors both the moment and the people entrusted to our care.

Our coffee is sourced from Upper Left Roasters, a respected local roaster known for craftsmanship and consistency. Each espresso beverage is prepared fresh on-site using professional equipment to ensure quality in every cup.
Our ceremonial-grade matcha is sourced from Teabar, a local shop we trust for its commitment to tradition and excellence.
For Italian sodas and Red Bull beverages, we thoughtfully source ingredients through wholesale and market options. This allows us to offer variety while keeping your event smooth, affordable, and stress-free.
Every offering is selected with balance in mind—quality, care, and consideration for our clients’ budgets.
